Our team - Get started
Tara Lunde, LICSW
Tara has over 20 years of experience in the social service field and quickly realized how mental health impacts so many facets of everyday life. This triggered a strong desire to work towards becoming a therapist. Tara, herself, has experienced symptoms of OCD, phobias, and panic disorder, which brought her to ERP therapy. As someone who has gone through ERP, Tara truly knows how it feels and has a strong desire to help clients reach their goals through ERP. Outside of the understanding of treatment, Tara also learned that mental health treatment can be expensive and out of reach for so many, and Tara has strong values in ensuring mental health treatment at RBMH is both attainable and affordable for all.

Carra Holubok, LGSW, LMSW
My name is Carra Holubok, and I've spent over six years as a social worker helping individuals and families from all walks of life. I've witnessed firsthand how our mental health can affect every part of our lives, and I believe finding the right therapist can profoundly improve overall well-being. My mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you'll receive unconditional support and guidance as we address your concerns and fears together.
Welcome to River Bluff Mental Health!
My name is Carra, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I work with individuals across a wide range of mental health concerns, with a particular specialization in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, especially when addressing trauma-related challenges. I believe that understanding and addressing the underlying issues is an important step in creating meaningful and lasting change. Mental health exists on a continuum, and taking the time to explore the root of distress allows for more effective healing and growth.
In addition to ERP, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based approaches to support individuals in reducing distress and building healthier patterns. My work focuses on helping clients navigate concerns such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma and PTSD, stress-related disorders, ARFID, anxiety disorders, depression, addiction, various phobias, life transitions, and relationship dynamics.
I also have extensive experience supporting individuals through periods of significant life stress, identity development, and major transitions. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.
I recognize that each person's therapeutic journey is unique. Therefore, I'm dedicated to providing personalized, solution-focused care that caters to your specific needs. I strive to ensure each session is grounded in empathy, compassion, understanding, and empowerment. I believe therapy can be a powerful opportunity for growth, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

I have a passion for art and helping people get to know themselves better through the creative process which allows clarity, empowerment, and the authentic self to emerge. We all have a unique creative process that evolves. When we experience and realize our creative process, we are empowered, and experience fulfillment and joy that can be shared with others. Art therapy is a choice, it has many approaches and is liked by some, and not liked by others. You are not required to participate in art therapy while in session working with me.
